Wolves' Love in Player Pool for 2016 Olympics

Minneapolis, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Minnesota Timberwolves forward Kevin Love is one of 28 players part of the player pool from which the 2016 United States men's basketball Olympic team will be selected, it was announced on Thursday morning by USA Basketball.

The 2014 World Championship roster will also be selected using players from the pool, but USA Basketball reserves the right to add athletes at any time in the selection process.

Love is averaging 25.0 points and 13.0 rebounds a game this season for the Timberwolves, and he is also playing 36.0 minutes per game to this point in the year.
