'Wolves, Martin Agree to 4-Year, $28M Deal

Minneapolis, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The Minnesota Timberwolves have agreed to terms with guard Kevin Martin on a four-year, $28 million contract, that according to a Tuesday report from Yahoo! Sports.

Martin spent this past season with Oklahoma City, playing 77 games and averaging 14.0 points per contest while shooting 42.6 percent from three-point range.

The 30-year-old Martin was a first round draft choice in 2004 by Sacramento and had played with three different NBA teams before coming to Minnesota.

An official announcement of the signing has not yet been made.
