#13 Saints Clinch NCHA Two Seed with Win

Eau Claire, WI (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The #13-ranked St. Scholastica men's hockey team clinched the number two seed in the upcoming Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA) playoffs with a 5-3 win over UW-Eau Claire on Saturday.

The Saints got two goals from Brett Corcoran in the winning effort, aided by one each from Carter Davis, Chris Sinclair, and Chad Golanowski.

St. Scholastica is now (14-7-4) overall this season and (9-5-4) against NCHA opponents.

Next Friday and Saturday, the Saints will host UW-Stout in an opening-round NCHA playoff series.
