3 Saints, 1 Yellowjacket Earn All-NCHA Status

(Northland's NewsCenter) --- Three members of the St. Scholastica men's hockey team and one member of the UW-Superior men's hockey team have been named to the 2012 all-conference team.

St. Scholastica forwards Brett Corcoran and Jeremy Dawes join defenseman Austin Brown on the all-conference team, named Thursday by the Northern Collegiate Hockey Association (NCHA).

The lone UW-Superior player named to the all-conference team was defenseman Jeff Forsythe.

Saints' head coach Mark Wick was also named the 2012 NCHA coach of the year after leading his team to the #2 seed in the conference playoffs.

St. Scholastica forward Dave Williams and UW-Superior forward Andy Singerhouse were both named the NCHA all-rookie team on Thursday as well.
