Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Scott Sandelin became the first-ever UMD men's hockey coach to win a national championship last April, and this past week he and the team received their championship rings.

Now, what?

The 2011-12 Bulldogs will also be the first-ever men's team to defend a national title, something Sandelin says he is looking forward to.

Zach Schneider sat down with Sandelin after the ring ceremony at AMSOIL Arena to talk about the title and what's expected of the Bulldogs this upcoming winter.
