Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Both the St. Scholastica men's and women's tennis teams won their 16th straight respective Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) regular season titles on Saturday afternoon.
The Saints men defeated Northwestern 7-2 while the women beat the Eagles by an 8-1 final score.
The men finish the regular season with a (16-7) overall record, with the 16 wins being the most since 2004 and tying a program record.
The women finish the regular season (16-6), with the win also marking the team's 101st consecutive conference victory.
Both Saints' teams will be in action next weekend at the UMAC postseason championships in Minneapolis.
