UMD X-C Named an All-Academic Team

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The University of Minnesota Duluth women's cross country team was named a 2013 NCAA Division II All-Academic Team by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA); it was announced on Friday.

The Bulldogs had to maintain a cumulative team grade point average of 3.00 or higher. UMD finished with a 3.05 GPA and was among 136 schools to receive the honor.

Senior Jacque Thaemert, junior Alexandra Rudin, and sophomores Breanna Colbenson and Hannah Olson were all named to the All-Academic Team for 2013.
