Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) women's hockey team will finish off their regular season home schedule in a series against No. 4 North Dakota this weekend after earning a sweep last weekend.

The Bulldogs swept Bemidji State but are still on the outside looking in on the NCAA tournament with just four regular season contests left.

Head coach Shannon Miller is optimistic that her team has turned a corner as of late.

"We head into this weekend, our third weekend with our new lines and power play units because some kids are missing. The point is get more and more comfortable, get chemistry, and be better than you were the weekend before. We're excited to play North Dakota. It'll be a great test. It'll be fast. It'll be physical.
