Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) women's hockey team has won four games in a row and hopes to continue their momentum this weekend when they host Ohio State University.

The Bulldogs currently sit at fourth in the WCHA and swept the Buckeyes earlier in the season on the road.

With UMD set to lose Olympians Tea Villila and Lara Stalder for five weeks, head coach Shannon Miller is placing lots of emphasis on this weekend.

"This is our last weekend we're going to play as a complete team before the Olympians leave," said Miller. "It's an important series for us to play as a team. It's important for us to win."

"If you're in the top three in our league, you're in the top three in the country. If you're number four like we are right now, you're on the outside looking in so we have to win."
