Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Hurricanes defenseman Justin Faulk and Wild forward Justin Fontaine were among more than 50 former Bulldogs to take part in the 13th Annual University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) Hockey Alumni Golf Outing on Saturday.

The event also included current Bulldog head coach Scott Sandelin and assistant coach Derek Plante along with former players and staffers.

For Faulk and Fontaine, who played on the same team Saturday, both were just excited to be back in the Northland.

"I'm lucky enough I still get to come back here," Faulk said. "I still have some buddies in school and stuff, and some friends up here. It's another weekend to get up here but definitely the most fun."

"Always great memories," Fontaine said. "The way we went out senior year was unbelievable. I still remember it like it was yesterday. Time flies, but it's always good being back here. It's definitely nice to be out here."
