Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Hermantown, Minn. native and St. Cloud State senior Julia Gilbert scored her second goal in as many nights to tie the game with 22.8 seconds left and force overtime against the University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) on Saturday night.

Junior winger Jenna McParland gave the Bulldogs a lead with her team-leading sixth goal in the second on the power-play before Gilbert tied things up with time running out.

Neither team was able to score in overtime, and UMD capitalized on its first two shooters to beat St. Cloud State in a shootout. The Bulldogs earn two points in the WCHA standings.

UMD (4-4-2) returns to action in two weeks at Ohio State University on Nov. 15-16.
