Herbert, Krause Help Bulldogs Snap Skid

Oxford, OH (NNCNOW.com) --- Caleb Herbert scored two goals and Hermantown, Minn. native Adam Krause got the eventual game-winner shorthanded as the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) men's hockey team snapped a four-game losing streak with a 5-4 win over Miami.

Duluth, Minn. native Dom Toninato and Justin Crandall also scored goals for the Bulldogs, with the visitors scoring four of their five goals in the second period.

UMD is now (14-13-4) this season and will try to complete the sweep of Miami on Saturday, with that game set to start at 6:07 p.m. CT.
