Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Four different players have committed to play their college ball at the University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) next season including Superior, Wis. native Hailey Kontny, head coach Annette Wiles announced on Thursday.

Joining Kontny is Ayo Porte of Brooklyn Park, Minn., Anna Monke of Fergus Falls, Minn. and Amanda Hunt of Grafton, Wis.

Kontny started four seasons as a guard for the Spartans and was named First Team All-Lake Superior Conference the past three seasons.

Porte earned All-Northwest Suburban Conference honors last season as her team, Osseo, finished as Minnesota state runners-up in 2011-12.

Monke played five seasons as a forward at Fergus Falls High School and is a two-time All-Central Lakes Conference selection. She also received an All-State honorable mention distinction last year.

Hunt started four seasons for Grafton High School and was a First Team All-North Shore conference selection as a junior. She averaged 16.6 points and 9.4 rebounds last season.
