Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- With his team in perhaps the toughest region of the NCAA Division II tournament, University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) volleyball head coach Jim Boos is keeping his message the same it's been all season.

Take it one match at a time.

UMD is one of eight teams in the Central region, with all eight of those squads ranked 16th or higher in the nation by the American Volleyball Coaches' Association.

Boos spoke of the Bulldogs' tough draw and the importance of not looking too far ahead while appearing on the weekly show, "Bulldog Country," which airs Friday and Saturday nights on the My 9 Sports Network.

Click the video link for Boos' full comments and his preview of the first-round opponent for UMD, that being #4-seeded Central Missouri.
