Estero, FL (NNCNOW.com) --- The University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) men's hockey team lost 1-0 on Friday night to Maine in the semifinals of the Florida College Hockey Classic in Estero, Fla.

Freshman goaltender Matt McNeely made 22 saves on 23 shots in the loss, but UMD couldn't bury any of the team's 30 shots in the contest.

The Bulldogs will now play in the tournament's third place game against Ferris State, with that one set for Saturday at 3:05 p.m. CT.
