Crandall, 'Dogs Blank UAH to Earn Series Sweep

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Junior goaltender Aaron Crandall made 23 saves on Saturday night to earn a shutout victory as the University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) men's hockey team beat Alabama-Huntsville 4-0 at AMSOIL Arena in Duluth, Minn.

Tony Camaranesi, Mike Seidel, Austin Farley, and Wade Bergman all scored goals for UMD in the winning effort, helping the Bulldogs completing a weekend sweep over the Chargers.

UMD improves to (12-17-5) with the non-conference sweep and will next be in action March 8-9 at home against Nebraska-Omaha for the team's regular season finale.
