Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) football team is one week away from the 40th annual Maroon-White Spring Game, and coaches are excited to once again see how the players react to having fans in the stands.

"Not only have we had good fan support for it, but it gives out guys a chance to compete in front of fans," head coach Curt Wiese said. "It puts a bit of pressure on them, and we find out who is going execute on Saturdays."

This year's Maroon-White Spring Game is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on April 25 at Malosky Stadium, and it is free and open the public.
