Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Eagan senior defenseman Nick Wolff has committed to play Division I college at the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD), he announced via his Twitter account on Thursday morning.

"So happy to announce my commitment to the UMD Bulldogs," Wolff tweeted. "Thanks to all the people in my life that supported me! Wouldn't be here without you!"

Wolff scored two goals to help Eagan win third place at this year's MSHSL Class AA tournament, a run that included a 3-0 quarterfinal win over Duluth East.

The 6-foot-4, 205-pound defenseman finished his senior season with 12 goals and 16 assists for 28 total points in 29 games for Eagan.
