Eight Bulldogs Named to NSIC First Team

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) ---The University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) football team had eight different player named to the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) North Division All-Conference First Team, the league announced on Tuesday.

On the first team offense were lineman Andrew Muer, Tom Olson, and Grant Schnobrich along with running back Austin Sikorski. On the defensive side, defensive back Kenny Chowa, linemen Buma Foncham and Chris Vandervest, and linebacker Colby Ring led the way.

All-Conference Second Team Offense:
- Peter Bateman- OL
- Aaron Roth- WR

Second Team Defense:
- Nate Zuk- LB

Honorable Mention Team:
- Jeremy Reierson- TE
- Travis Nordhus- DB
- Aaron Roth- RS
- Nathan Zibolski- LB
