St. Paul, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- After being a healthy scratch in the first two games of the series, former University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) standout Justin Fontaine will be in the lineup Monday night for the Minnesota Wild in game three of a first-round playoff series against the Colorado Avalanche.

Fontaine finished the regular season third on the team in goals with 14, but Monday night will be his first-ever playoff game in the NHL.

Minnesota is down two games to none in the best-of-seven series with Colorado, with Monday's game scheduled for a 6:00 p.m. start at the Xcel Energy Center.
