Ex-Bulldog Raymond Signs with Calgary

Calgary, Alberta (NNCNOW.com) --- Former University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) forward Mason Raymond has signed a three-year contract with the Calgary Flames, the team officially announced on Tuesday afternoon.

Raymond spent last season with Toronto, totaling 19 goals and 26 assists for the Maple Leafs while playing in all 82 regular season games. Before that, Raymond spent the first six seasons of his NHL career with Vancouver.

The Calgary, Alberta native played just two seasons with UMD, amassing 25 goals and 49 assists in 79 games played with the Bulldogs.
