Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Jamie Kenyon scored two goals on Saturday afternoon as the University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) women's hockey team beat St. Cloud State 3-1 at AMSOIL Arena.

Pernilla Winberg scored the other goal for UMD, and freshman goaltender Kayla Black made 24 saves for the Bulldogs in the winning effort.

The game was UMD's first of 2013, and it also marked this season's "Pink the Rink" game. The Bulldogs were wearing special pink uniforms, which were auctioned off after the game to help raise money for breast cancer research.

Game two of the weekend series is set for 3:07 p.m. on Sunday at AMSOIL Arena.
