Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Both the University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) men's and women's hockey teams fell out of the new U.S. College Hockey Online (USCHO) polls, which were released on Monday.

The men's team fell from 20th after a weekend split on the road against Colorado College, a series that marked the team's first-ever as part of the National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC).

The women's team, meanwhile, fell from seventh after getting swept at home by Minnesota, which held on to its #1 ranking for a fifth straight week this season.
