Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) head volleyball coach Jim Boos could become the program's all-time winningest coach if his No. 1 Bulldogs get past No. 2 Concordia St. Paul on Friday night.

A victory would put Boos a game ahead of his predecessor, Pati Rolf, who has 310 wins. But a win on Friday night would also mean that Boos and the Bulldogs has remained undefeated.

"More importantly to do with anything than records is about that match and what it means to your current season," said Boos. "Certainly our goal is to go down to St. Paul and battle."

"The best team that shows up that night is going to win," said Julie Rainey. "It's exciting because Concordia is a home away from home for us. We have just as many fans there as they do. It's always a good, competitive match the entire way through."

Tip is set for 7:00 p.m. between the Bulldogs and Golden Bears.
