UMD's Stinogel Pitches Way to All-Region Team

Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- UMD senior pitcher Collin Stinogel has been given all-Central region honorable mention by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA), it was announced on Monday.

Stinogel led the Bulldogs on the mound this past season, going (4-3) with six complete games. He posted a 2.84 earned run average while leading the team with 46 strikeouts and 66.2 innings pitched.

Opposing batters hit just .197 when facing Stinogel, the third lowest mark in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC).
