Bulldogs' Potter Earns Weekly NSIC Honor

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- University of Minnesota-Duluth (UMD) senior forward Dani Potter has been named the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) offensive player of the week, it was announced on Monday.

Potter scored three goals for the Bulldogs in the team's 4-1 win over St. Cloud State, helping UMD move to (2-1) this 2013 season.

Already with four goals and eight points this season, Potter seems prepared to improve on her 2012 totals of five goals and eight assists for 18 points.

UMD is next scheduled to be in action on Sept. 21against Upper Iowa, with that game set for 1:00 p.m. at Malosky Stadium.
