Superior, WI (NNCNOW.com) --- Superior, Wis. native Pat Dalbec was one of three UW-Superior men's hockey players to be named this season to the all-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) first team, it was announced on Thursday.

Joining the senior forward as all-WIAC performers for the Yellowjackets were senior forward Michael Rey and freshman defenseman Eric Shand, both of whom earned the honor for the first time in their careers.

Dalbec, a three-time all-WIAC honoree, has 12 goals and 15 assists this season to sit tied atop the team's scoring list with 27 points. He is tied with Rey, who has 15 goals and 12 assists this year for UW-Superior.

Shand, meanwhile, has been a staple this season on the Yellowjackets' blue line and has totaled two goals and 14 assists to lead the team's freshmen in scoring.
