Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The St. Scholastica women's soccer team will open the 2014 season this weekend with games against the No. 2 and No. 16 teams in the nation, and head coach Dave Reyelts knows the results will tell him one of three things.

"It's really a no-lose situation for us," he said. "If we go down there and win, then we're a well-prepared team. If we go down and play them tough, then we know that we're close. And if we go down and get our butts kicked, then we know what we need to do by the end of the season if we want to compete with that level of team."

The Saints are traveling to San Antonio, Texas for this weekend's games, with Friday's game against No. 2 Trinity scheduled for 6:00 p.m.
