Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The Duluth East football team will be relying on its experience headed in the 2013 season, with several starters back from last year's team that went (2-7) overall.

"We return a lot of experience, especially in our senior class" Hietala said. "They've been battle tested. Several of them have been playing since their sophomore or freshman years, so they know what to expect. Right now our challenge is to develop our younger guys and create some depth."

Duluth East will open the 2013 season on Aug. 29 on the road against St. Francis.
