Superior, WI (NNCNOW.com) --- The UW-Superior men's hockey team has played UW-Eau Claire three times this season --- two losses and a tie --- but that has little to do with how the Yellowjackets are approaching this weekend's Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) championship game.

Superior, Wis. native and senior captain Pat Dalbec says his team has done enough recently, specifically in playoffs, to put those past results behind them.

"The team who wants it more is the team that's going to be successful," Dalbec said. "I think we've shown so far that we want it more than anybody else."

UW-Superior and UW-Eau Claire will decide the WIAC championship this Saturday, with the game scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. start in Eau Claire, Wis.
