Proctor, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Proctor senior Reilly Fawcett announced her commitment to play college hockey at Division I Bemidji State on Friday afternoon when she signed her national letter of intent at a pep assembly.

Fawcett led Proctor-Hermantown with 26 goals and 21 assists as a junior last season before the Mirage fell in the Section 7A Championship. She's the second Division I commit in two years at Proctor.

Although her senior high school season is just getting underway, Fawcett's looking forward to the next step in her career.

"It felt great. I couldn't ask for a better team to play for in high school or making it up to Bemidji," said Fawcett. "It's a great feeling."
