The Saints fell behind 2-0 in the second period but got goals from Brandon Nowakowski and Alex Valenti to send the game to overtime, where Miller finished the dramatic comeback.
Colin Rundell stopped 25 shots in the win for St. Scholastica, which will now face UW-Stevens Point in the NCHA semifinals. That game is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. on Saturday at Mars Lakeview Arena.
