UMD Commit Anderson will Join USNTDP

Maplewood, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Hill-Murray freshman forward University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) commit Joey Anderson has committed to play in 2014-15 for the United States National Team Development Program (USNTDP), it was announced on Thursday.

Anderson was one of eight players announced Thursday as USNTDP commits, and all eight of those players will spend the 2014-15 season as part of the United States Under-17 team.

The Pioneers freshman tallied 21 goals and 29 assists in 25 games this past winter, holding or sharing the team lead in goals, assists, points, and short-handed goals.
