Villila, Finland Beat Out Russia for Fifth at Sochi

Sochi, Russia (NNCNOW.com) --- Current University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) defenseman Tea Villila and Team Finland shutout Russia on Tuesday morning 4-0 en route to clinching fifth place in women's hockey at the Sochi Winter Olympics.

Michelle Karvinen scored twice for the Fins and Noora Raty stopped all 18 shots she faced in the win.

Linda Valimaki and Rikka Valila also scored for Finland.
