Update: Name Released in Fatal Bike Accident

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Authorities have released the name of the man who was killed after his bike struck a pole along Lake Avenue in Duluth.

36 year old Koantonio Dean Farley of Duluth was riding his bike down 1st Avenue East at a high rate of speed when he struck a pole.

Farley was taken to St. Luke's Hospital by Gold Cross Ambulance where he died of his injuries.

Police say Farley was as not wearing a helmet.

Farley is originally from Chicago, IL.
