Hibbing, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Just days after a major fire, an iconic Iron Range business has re–opened its doors.

Sportsmen's in Hibbing opened the restaurant portion of the bar and restaurant Sunday.

Just three days earlier fire damaged many of the apartments above the restaurant, leaving eleven people homeless.

The restaurant owner says their quick re–opening was in part due to overwhelming support from the community.

"Everybody, everybody called. The Fire Department, everybody, volunteers, they offered their support to me and I appreciate that very much," said owner, Andy Karahalios.

According to the Hibbing Fire Marshal the cause of the fire above Sportsmen's was determined to be an electrical circuit failure in an apartment on the second level.
