Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - On Tuesday, Mayor Ness announced that March fifth will forever be known as "Duluth–Superior Magazine Day."

The award–winning "Lakestyle, CityStyle" magazine also announced that, come June, they'll begin featuring two additional columns--one that will focus on the good, the bad, and the ugly of local news media.

Publisher David Hileman says the announcement reflects the hard work everyone has put into the magazine since 2008.

"The fact that we cheerlead for the Twin Ports area on a monthly basis—and have been doing so for five years—[is] an important achievement," said Hileman.

...and the other column?

It's a returning favorite, "Guilty Pleasures," which is all about Northland indulgences.
