Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - The Duluth School Board for ISD 709 voted on Tuesday to keep an open campus through the 2013-2014 school year.

Neighbors have been complaining about students misbehaving during the lunch break.

That prompted debate on whether to close the campus.

Board members say they will revisit the issue next year.

They will also debate a modified open campus, which would keep students in 11th grade and lower on school grounds for the 2014- 2015 school year.
