MNICS Crews Battle Black Forest Fire Flames

Grand Rapids, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Minnesotans are doing their part to help fight the Colorado Black Forest Fire.

The Minnesota Incident Command System sent two-20 person crews Thursday morning.

The groups are made up of officials from the DNR, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the National Park Service and the U.S. Forest and Fish and Wildlife Service.

They are expected to return in about 14 days.
