Morning news anchor Courtney Godfrey signed off for the last time Wednesday March 20, 2013 to pursue career opportunities in Louisville, KY.
Godfrey started as the morning news anchor and general assignment reporter in 2011.
During her time at the Northland's Newscenter, she reported on a variety of stories. You would often catch her keeping tabs on state and local business news.
The most memorable coverage she contributed to, however, was June's historic floods. As the morning news anchor that day, northlanders were turning to her and meteorologist Adam Lorch for the latest happenings.
Godfrey is heading to WDRB in Louisville, KY where she will work as a general assignment reporter.
