DULUTH, MINN.-----The St. Louis County Board has streamlined it's operations.
A new organizational structure for county operations has been created to better serve the citizens of the Northland.

The new model emphasizes better communication and collaboration across department lines.

This idea will help to create a more one stop shop approach to finding information.

County Administrator Kevin Gray says productivity will be improved by using existing technology to transmit services.

"A major push over the next 18 months is to make more services accessible 24/7 or via internet or through electronic mediums for our customers and citizens," Gray said.

The new organizational map can be found in the 2010 Overview Structure and Budget report.
