DULUTH, MN (Northland's Newscenter)---Peerless Auto Body has found a new business location located off of Garfield Ave.

Auto Body workers are putting the finishing touches on the building to get it ready for its grand opening next week.

The property lot that Peerless Auto Body will run out of has been vacant for the past year.

Initially the shop will run out of the garages located in the back of the lot.

The owner of Peerless Auto Body, Rob Rabold says he plans to negotiate property rights and would eventually like to use the building located in the front of the lot as part of his business.

The Peerless Auto Body shop burned down last December off of West Superior Street.

The Duluth man who started the fire, Kevin Luick, is sentenced to six months in jail and six years of probation.
