DULUTH, MN (Northland's NewsCenter)---Plans to build a new pro-life clinic called the Women's Care Center this summer in Duluth are underway.

According to our partners at the Duluth News Tribune, the 3,000 square foot clinic will be built on the corner of First Street and First Avenue East, kitty corner from the Building for Women.

The Building for Women houses the Women's Health Center, which is the only clinic in northern Minnesota where abortions are performed.

The director of The Women's Care Center told the DNT, the new clinic will offer free services including counseling, pregnancy testing and ultra sounds as well as prenatal and parenting classes.

Construction of the clinic will begin in July and will take about two months.
