Police Surround House on W 4th Street

Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) - Public Information Officer Jim Hansen says police took a man into custody during a traffic stop for allegedly making threats yesterday.

As part of the investigation, police served a warrant on the house on West Fourth Street.

Shortly after five Police and Saint Louis County Deputies entered the home, and found no one home.

Officers are still on scene with an investigation underway.
