Duluth man arrested in connection with Central Hillside shooting (Raw Video)

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Police have arrested one person in connection with the report of shots fired in Duluth's Central Hillside Thursday night.

29 year old Devon Maurice Bowser was arrested for Felon in Possession of a Firearm in connection with the incident.

Police were called to the area of 6th Avenue East and 6th Street on the report of shots fired. Witnesses say three men got into a fight inside the store prior to the gunshots.

Officers say a suspect vehicle was seen trying to leave the scene, however the car was stopped. Bowser was taken into custody and lodged at the St. Louis County Jail.

Duluth Police do not believe that this was a random act.

Authorities continue to investigate this incident and ask that anyone with information about what happened to contact the Duluth Police Department.
