"Rachel's Challenge" presented at Proctor High School

Proctor, MN (NNCNOW.com) - A nationwide anti-bullying campaign stopped at Proctor High School Thursday.

"Rachel's Challenge" is named after Rachel Scott, a victim of the Columbine High School shooting.

Her family started the program in her name in an effort to spread compassion.
