Proctor, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Who likes rain on their parade? Evidently, the people of Proctor do.

Rain poured there right up to the last second before the 39th annual Hoghead Parade.

Despite the rain, thousands lined the streets to view dozens of floats.

The Hoghead Festival is Proctor's tribute to its railroad industry. It features a pancake breakfast, 5k run, softball and golf tournaments, a street dance and games for the kids... and this parade, of course.

The Hoghead Festival rolls through Sunday.
