Duluth, MN - (Northland's NewsCenter) - The Red Cross is helping a family of three get back on its feet after a fire ripped through a Duluth home early Saturday morning.

Fire Fighters responded to the 17-hundred block of 5Th street shortly before 4 in the morning to a home engulfed in flames.

All three members of the family, along with their dog and one cat were able to get out of the home without injury.
Two of their cats are still missing.

The Red Cross is helping the family with emergency shelter, clothes and food...as well as medical supplies.

Jeanne Bolte, the homeowner, says they lost everything.

"Everything we had was older antiques and it can't be replaced. It's stuff I've grown up around my whole life...and it's just gone," Bolte says.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
