Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Those looking to stretch into spring were busy taking part in some free yoga classes in Duluth Sunday.

The Yoga North open house invited Northlanders to check out what the studio has to offer as part of their new spring sessions.

On Sunday, people could even take part in a little bit of every style of yoga, from beginner poses to Vinyasa, free of charge.

Yoga Instructor Jodi Christensen says this harsh winter has been stressful on everyone both physically and mentally.

She adds you don't have to be a pro--or even flexible--to work away those winter blues.

"It's also a good opportunity to revisit those New Year's resolutions," said Christensen, "of maybe losing some of those extra winter pounds, or just getting that sluggish feeling gone, and moving again."
