Vigil Held for Victims of Grand Rapids Shooting

Grand Rapids, MN (NNCNOW.com) - A vigil for the victims of a double shooting in Grand Rapids was held Saturday night.

The vigil was held at Blandin Beach in Grand Rapids, which is across the street from where the shootings took place.

A moment of silence and prayer was held at around the time the shootings happened.

Rosemary Oberg-Johnson, 59, died after she was allegedly shot by William Levi Payne, 26.

The other shooting victim, Paul Russell Johnson, 32, remains in critical condition in a Duluth hospital.
